This Week: Mental Illness in the News

March 20, 2015 by Amy White Leave a Comment

Mental IllnessThe past two weeks have been so full of Caregiver’s Spotlight posts, shares and tips on the blog and in our Facebook Community that I decided to push last week’s Mental Illness in the News recap out and combine it with this week’s edition!

There are so many good, thought-provoking, and well written news and blog articles we’re collecting each week that it’s hard to pick the best of the best to showcase here. But here’s the real challenge, and why I am so passionate about creating this community that can shine the light on caregivers and caregiving, there are very few pieces of current news that speak directly to the challenges and stigma that surround many of these caregivers and caregiving. If you come across a Caregiver or Mental Illness story or blog essay that you’d like to see highlighted here, please feel free to pass it along!
